Born and raised in North Carolina, Hannah has strong roots in the community, blending a Southern charm with an exceptional work ethic. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Sciences from Appalachian State University, she transitioned into a career focused on helping others, first as a paralegal and later into real estate—where her organizational skills and client-first approach naturally set her apart. Since becoming licensed in 2014, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey.

Hannah is proud to share both life and business with her husband, Duran Babatunde, as they lead the Pinpoint team. Together, they have built a thriving real estate career, all while raising their two children, Oliver and Sophia. Hannah’s mom also plays an important role in their family and business, adding a special touch of support. As the President of the Hampstead BNI Group and holder of the Real Estate Investments seat, Hannah is deeply involved in fostering local business growth, using her networking expertise to empower others in the community.
